What this site does
The public site does not require an account, does not run behavioural advertising, and does not sell personal data.
It presents editorial content about the competition, the city, the schedule and, in due course, the athletes and results. It is served over HTTPS from a European cloud provider.
What we collect
Minimal, and only for reasons a reader would recognise.
Standard hosting logs (IP address, browser, requested URL, timestamp) are kept briefly to secure the site against abuse. When you write to us at the address below, we keep that correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and to honour any legal obligation that applies.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies on OPEN.
Optional analytics
Only with your consent. Saying no changes nothing on the site.
Who is responsible. The controller is Stowarzyszenie ICEskatERA - Akademia Łyżwiarska, ul. Końcowa 4D/5, 87-100 Toruń, Poland (KRS 0001114259). Contact for data matters: events@iceskatera.com. Why and on what basis. Optional analytics helps us understand visits to the ICEskatERA OPEN site and the practice booking journey, so we can improve them. It runs only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
What we record. Only after you agree: a random browser identifier, a visit identifier, the pages you open (without query parameters), event dates, device type, approximate country when available, the referring site and campaign labels, and steps in the account and practice booking journey. Successful steps are recorded only once the service confirms them. Technical account and booking identifiers connect these steps and prevent double counting, so the data is pseudonymous, not anonymous. We do not copy names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details or documents into analytics, we do not record sessions and we do not send this data to advertising platforms. Who processes it. The site and database run on Lovable Cloud (Lovable Labs Sweden AB, Stockholm). The database is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Pages are delivered through a global network, so a request may pass through servers outside the EEA, and providers may access data from the United States; such transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Only authorised organisers can see the analytics.
How long. Analytics records and each entry in your consent history are deleted within 90 days of being recorded. Your saved choice expires 90 days after your latest choice, and we will then ask again.
Your choice. Saying no, or withdrawing later, never limits your account, athlete linking, registration or bookings. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Analytics settings at the bottom of every page; withdrawal stops new measurement and does not affect processing before it. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
Athlete and participant data
Names, disciplines and results are published only after federation entries close and the organiser has verified the starting list.
Personal contact details of athletes, coaches, officials and volunteers are not published. Accreditation data and internal records are handled by the organiser under the terms agreed during registration.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Write to us at the address below with the request. We aim to respond within one calendar month.
The full notice
The final, co-signed Privacy Notice, including named data controller, retention schedules and the register of subprocessors, is published ahead of the event.
